Danny McChesney
Danny is the Owner/Operator at DMAC Contracting and has many years of experience and service in the piling industry.
Starting out as a little tacker alongside his father in a family-owned piling company in New Zealand, Danny was brought up within the industry, operating his first excavator at the young age of six. It’s in his blood!
Danny expanded his experience throughout New Zealand and then moved across to Australia in 1999, he secured contracts for major piling contractors, which lead to the creation of DMAC Piling.
As the driving force behind DMAC Piling, Danny McChesney is all about building more than just foundations—he builds a top-tier team.
Danny personally hand-picks only the best to join DMAC, creating a crew that’s not only highly skilled but genuinely great to work with. Known for his clear, concise, and good-humoured communication style, Danny brings a calm and solutions-focused mindset to every aspect of the business.

Kale is our company Estimator at DMAC Piling.
With over 10 years of industry experience, Kale is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to estimating for our clients and their developments.
Estimating with upmost precision, while considering factors that could impact the final outcome is an absolute strength of Kale’s.
Foresight & knowledge is power.
His suburb-by-suburb knowledge across Victoria, including all variable soil types and ground conditions is second to none and clients across the state have grown to rely on DMAC for their approach and reliability.
As a self-confessed perfectionist, Kale is known to go to the extra mile to complete projects and always exceed expectations.

Trevor
DMAC Piling was lucky enough to have Trev join the team over two years ago and he has continually developed his skills, through being a Groundsman, Operator, Site Foreman and now our Project Manager.
Trevor is one of those rare leaders who brings both heart and skill to every project.
As our Project Manager, he not only keeps things running smoothly on-site but also steps in to any area of the job on hand, when needed.
With a strong background as Foreman, overseeing the landscape construction of high-end childcare centres, community centres, wetlands, parks and reserves around Victoria, Trevor brings a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to every job.
Clients with Trevor managing their project can count on genuinely being well looked after, every step of the way.
