DMAC engaged two other contractors to help complete a full Basement Package for the construction of a new retirement home.

This project being a 7,231m2 area bulk with half the site being retention piles and the other half being conventional retaining walls, had a tight timeline with the end of the year fast approaching. The weather was definitely NOT on our side but DMAC managed to put together a 5 week timeline for completion.
