This tight little job is a fine example of how versatile our CF4 piling rig is, with maximum depths of 13m in CFA (up to 600mm diameter). A straightforward job on paper, but as we progressed through the pile alignment, we came across a large footing connected to the neighboring building. Rather than stopping work and digging a big hole to remove the footing that could have potentially caused further issues, we brought out our pendulum gear the next day and core barreled straight through the footing, allowing our rig to continue piling with minimal disturbance to neighbors.
